1. All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Orders are typically processed and dispatched and delivered approximetly within 6–12 business days of purchase.
2. During peak festive seasons, promotions, or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
🚚 Delivery Timeline
1. Standard delivery time is 6–12 business days for small candles like jar etc and for bouquets and hampers 10 to 18 days depending on your location in India (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
2. Metro cities usually receive orders faster, while remote areas may take additional time.
3. We use trusted courier partners (such as DTDC, BlueDart, and Delhivery) for nationwide delivery.
4. The delivery time mentioned is approximate, and delays due to external factors (such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen issues) are beyond our control

💛 Damages & Issues
1. We take utmost care in packing, but if your product arrives damaged:

- Eligible cases will be processed for replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
